What’s the core message you hope fans take away from your music?

Navigating your way through your twenties with things like relationships, social lives, and depression can be tricky. We are nearing the end of our twenties, so we have a retrospective outlook on that, and it comes across in our songwriting. In a nutshell, everyone has their own issues, and it’s ok to release your emotions and be yourself.

Which song do you love performing live the most, and what makes it special?

Will: I Don’t Wanna’ Say is where it all started and it’s where I feel the vibe is just right. I remember hearing the crowd singing the riff back to us at our very first gig and that was super special.

Andrea: My Favorite Fantasy, as it was the first song I mostly wrote (thanks, Will, for helping with the lyrics). It was really well received by our audience, which was really unexpected, as it wasn’t the single from the EP, and that made me proud.

Alex H: We haven’t released this one yet, Every Time We Start Again, because of it’s live energy, and it really taps into the core style of the band.

Alex W: Better About You Now as it’s our newest single and it gets a good response live.

Which albums or songs have had the biggest impact on you personally?

Will: The album Every Kingdom by Ben Howard saved my life, and currently the song that has the biggest impact for me is Take on The World by You Me At Six.

Andrea: Rumours by Fleetwood Mac is probably my favorite album of all time. On a more recent note, anything off Fontaines D.C.’s last 2 albums have really been inspiring my songwriting.

Alex H: Anything by The Killers or You Me At Six.

Alex W: Jazz by Queen, and Busted A Present for Everyone mainly as it was the first CD I bought.

Do you have any upcoming releases, videos, or shows fans should know about?

Yes! We have a new single, ‘Honest’ releasing on November 14th with a headline gig at The Shipping Forecast in Liverpool on the same night. Keep your eyes on our socials, as we have some more stuff cooking that we will be announcing soon.

Do you have a hidden talent or party trick most people don’t know about?

Will: I used to be able to balance loads of spoons on my face. it’s been a while for that one so one I know I can definitely still do is I can take a t-shirt off from underneath another, without showing any nipples.

Alex H: I can peel off an orange skin in one

Andrea: I can move my ears without touching them.

Alex W: I’m boring, sorry

What would the title of your autobiography be?

An Irish Woman, a Welshman & 2 English fellas walk into a bar…

What’s something that always makes you feel nostalgic?

 90’s rock/grunge & early 2000’s music.

If you could ask your future self one question, what would it be?

This is a little ironic, as we have a song in our back pocket, which is a sea of questions to ‘future me.’ How many albums do we have in the year 3000? I hope it’s 7. In all seriousness, have we achieved the goals we wanted to? Like releasing an album and playing our dream venues.
