The video for RØMANS’ single “Uh Huh” is premiering today at Complex which praises, “‘Uh Huh’ is plainly and clearly a snappy, well-considered piece of pop music with an infectious hook that can’t be underestimated.

If you’re having a bad day, put this video on, turn the volume right up and watch until the end of time.” The song is off his debut solo EP Overthinking-Part 1, which is out now after premiering at The Fader. The four tracks are a precursor to the U.K. artist’s full-length album Overthinking, set for fall release via Roc Nation. To celebrate Overthinking-Part 1, RØMANS will play a special show with Frances at Blue Flowers in London on July 16 (). New to Roc Nation, RØMANS is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer now taking the lead with his own music. Originally, RØMANS wrote and produced a body of work that he created without the intention to release as his own project. Co-founder of Roc Nation Tyran “Ty Ty” Smith recalls, “The plan was to get the songs placed, but when I heard them I knew no one else could sing these like RØMANS. I can’t wait for everyone to hear his music.”

As a producer and songwriter RØMANS has worked with Disclosure, Mary J. Blige, John Legend, Naughty Boy, AlunaGeorge, Clean Bandit, Sigma, Kwabs, Birdy and more. Additionally, he was recently featured on “Home” off Naughty Boy’s debut-album, Hotel Cabana.

Hailing from Pinner near London, RØMANS is a self-taught musician (drums, guitar, piano, brass and more). He left school at the age of 16 to pursue songwriting and production. He signed with Roc Nation in May 2014. This is his first solo recording.
